The training is very important at Rickmeier.

Leon Severin had already successfully completed his training as an industrial mechanic in January of this year and we were delighted that he passed the test with the top grade of "very good".

Last week, the award ceremony for best trainees of the year 2022 from the SIHK district took place, which also included Leon Severin.

He received a certificate as one of the best industrial mechanics of his year.

We congratulate Leon Severin for this extremely ambitious achievement. Warmest congratulations from the entire Rickmeier team!

Leon has remained loyal to our company. He now acts as a trainer in the commercial/technical area in our in-house training workshop and passes on his knowledge to new trainees who are willing to learn.

Leon passed his trainer exam with flying colors in May and continues to receive external training (e.g. in the field of pneumatics).

Now he is also starting his 4-year training course to become a state-approved technician.

An exciting time lies ahead of him and we wish him the best for the start of a successful career.
