Diesel / Gas engines
RICKMEIER is a market leader for main lubricating oil pumps for diesel and gas motors between 1 MW and 10 MW.
Lubricating oil pumps
- .Realisation of customised solutions for every conceivable customer interface and installation situation (attachment pump, cartridge pump, in the oil pan etc.) and a wide range of pipe connections (DIN, SAE etc.)
- .Individual solutions with best practice pump design and flow rates of up to 5000 litres per minute
- .Lubricating oil pumps as ready-to-install units with pinion and, if required, with idler gear
- .Combination with an integrated, externally actuated pressure control valve possible, even with the largest pumps (compact unit for demand-oriented oil supply to large motors)
Examples:

Lubricating oil pump for gas motor, direct attachment with integrated pipework, shrink-fitted drive pinion (example: R69/120)

Lubricating oil pump for diesel motor, for installation in the oil pan, with intermediate bearing and drive pinion, with pressure relief valve (example: R59/214)

Lubricating oil pump for gas motor, for attachment to crankcase, with pilot-controlled pressure relief valve (example: R69/315)

Lubricating oil pump for diesel motor, for attachment to crankcase, with pilot-controlled pressure relief valve (example: R89/630)

Lubricating oil pump for diesel motor, for installation in the oil pan, with intermediate bearing and drive pinion, with pressure relief valve (example: R89/730)

Lubricating oil pump for diesel motor, for attachment to crankcase, with pilot-controlled pressure relief valve (example: R95/710)

Lubricating oil pump for diesel motor, with pilot-controlled pressure control valve with external actuation, with drive pinion (example: R109/2240)

Lubricating oil pump as a plug-in pump with integrated pressure relief valve and integrated return flap (example: R99/660)
Fuel pumps
- .Mechanically-powered low-pressure fuel pumps with two rotary shaft seals for media separation, optionally with integrated pressure relief valve
- .Use in common-rail large-scale diesel motors with integrated pressure control valve as a compact unit for needs-based generation and control of pressure in the low-pressure fuel system
- .Particularly high volumetric efficiency at low speeds through special design (the fuel pressure required for starting the motor can be realised without additional booster pump)
- .RICKMEIER fuel pumps are subject to continual further development and have proven their worth in more than 100,000 applications worldwide
Examples:

Fuel pump with integrated pressure control valve (example: R49/16)

Fuel pump with internal gearing, integrated pressure control valve with optional external shutdown control (example: R4.0/16)

Fuel pump with integrated pressure control valve (example: R25/20)

Fuel pump with integrated pressure control valve (example: R49/31.5)

Fuel pump with integrated pressure relief valve (example: R35/40)

Fuel pump with integrated pressure control valve for attachment to a high-pressure pump (example: R35/63)
Combined lubricating oil/fuel pumps
- .Can be combined with fuel pumps even in the case of large pumps (designed as double pump with mechanical coupling and sealing of the stages)
Examples:

Lubricating oil pump for diesel motor with combined fuel pump (example: R95/1400 + R35/50)

Lubricating oil pump for diesel motor with pilot-controlled pressure control valve, with combined fuel pump (example: R99/1400 + R35/50)

Lubricating oil pump Diesel engine with pilot operated pressure control valve, with combined fuel pump (example R129/2665 + R49/160)
Pre-lubricating pump units
- .Pump units for pre-lubrication or as stand-by in the lubricating oil system. Combination of pumps from our modular system with motors and brackets, optionally also in a welded version, for all possible requirements
Examples:

Pre-lubricating pump unit with pressure relief valve (example: R45/100)

Pre-lubricating pump unit with pump unit foot and pressure relief valve (example: R65/500)
Pressure control valves
- .Pressure relief and pressure control valves for needs-based pressure control in the lubricating oil system. In directly-controlled or hydraulically piloted version with option of external actuation, optional design of the casing for attachment without pipework.
Examples:

Pilot-controlled pressure control valve for control of lubricating oil pressure on a diesel motor (example: DBV40)

Pilot-controlled pressure control valve for control of lubricating oil pressure on a diesel motor (example: DB9)

Pilot-controlled pressure control valve for control of lubricating oil pressure on a diesel motor (example: DBV80)

Pilot-controlled pressure control valve for control of lubricating oil pressure on a diesel motor (example: DBV125)
