AOK Company Run 2024

We took part in the 1st Sauerland AOK company run in Hemer!

Last Thursday, we started with 27 runners at the AOK company run in the Sauerlandpark Hemer. The 1500 participants ran 6.2 kilometres through the Sauerlandpark and the former Deilinghofen military training area. The focus was not on performance, but on having fun and achieving a common goal.

The whole RICKMEIER team had a lot of fun running for a charity in a great atmosphere and the best weather! Many thanks to everyone who took part.
